About AT Boiler Care Plans

Are your Boiler and Home Care Plans right for me?

Our cover is ideal if:

  • You’re a homeowner or landlord
  • The concerned property is in the Doncaster area
  • Your home is a house, bungalow, or flat used for domestic purposes
  • Your boiler is powered by mains or LPG gas
  • Your boiler and home systems are in good working order when you join

We repair any make, model, or age of domestic gas boiler — as long as it’s in good working condition.

Can I switch my cover from another company?

You will have to cancel your current cover following their cancellation policy. You can then set up Cover with AT Boiler Care. Please consider our 14 day exclusion policy.

Are there any Call Out charges?

Our care plans don’t have an excess charge. If your current Care Plan covers your issue, then there won’t be any charges. If your problem isn’t covered under your current Care Plan, we may still be able to resolve your problem with a pre agreed price.

When can I first report an issue?

All issues that are covered on your plan should be reported as soon as possible, Via our online booking system or by calling 01302 816002. Click here to book an appointment, if you have a repair that needs sorting.

Setting Up A Care Plan

How do I set up an AT Boiler Care Plan?

Firstly check what cover you need by viewing our plans, we offer Standard Cylinder & Unvented Cylinder Plans for your specific needs, so please check which plan type you need. Click ‘Get Started’ to enter the checkout process and enter your Personal Care Plan Details.

After the location check, to ensure you are within our covered area, you will then authorise the set up of a monthly Direct Debit with ‘Go Cardless’ which is our payment provider.

Once you have setup the Direct Debit to us, you will receive a welcome email with to finish the setup of your account by choosing a unique password for your account.

You have now successfully set up an AT Boiler Care Plan, once we have been notified the Direct Debit has been successfully authorised your plan will be active.

Do you cover my location?

We currently cover the Doncaster area only. During checkout, we do a location check on the Postcode you have entered for your Care Plan to ensure it matches our covered area. If you are not within our covered area, you will receive and error notification and be unable to proceed to payment.

Managing Your Care Plan

How do I manage my Care Plan?

The best way to manage your Care Plan is through your AT Boilers account. From here you can view and manage your Care Plan. Alternatively please email support@atboilers.co.uk.

How can I cancel my Care Plan?

You can request cancellation of your Care Plan directly from your account under the Subscriptions Tab, on the specific subscription you wish to cancel. Before cancelling, please refer to your care plan’s terms and conditions. In there are our terms for cancelling your policy. Please read these carefully to help you understand, if you will have any cancellation costs to pay. Any cancellation cost will be invoiced to you upon cancellation as per our terms and conditions.

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment details by logging into your account, navigating to the “Subscriptions” tab, and selecting “Change payment method” next to your subscription.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.atboilers.co.uk/ (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally when you  use our contact forms or Boiler Quote Engine, we may also collect certain information from you, including your name, address/location, email address, phone number and current heating setup. We refer to this information as “Contact Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Contact Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Contact Information that we collect generally to fulfill any contact or quote requests you have submitted to the site. We use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Provide a quote for our services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our site layout and value).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site--you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. We also use TrueQuote.co.uk for our Boiler Quote Engine and their Privacy Policy explains how they collect and store your personal data.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

DO NOT TRACK
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION
When you contact us through any of the forms on our Site, we will maintain your Contact Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
